Who is Brahmin?

ਸੋ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣੁ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਜੋ ਬਿੰਦੇ ਹਰਿ ਸੇਤੀ ਰੰਗਿ ਰਾਤਾ ॥
सो ब्राहमणु ब्रहमु जो बिंदे हरि सेती रंगि राता ॥
He alone is a Brahmin, who understands Brahm, and is attuned to the Love of the Lord Hri. (Guru Amar Das  SGGS 68)

ਬਬਾ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਜਾਨਤ ਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਹਮਾ ॥
बबा ब्रहमु जानत ते ब्रहमा ॥
Babba (B/ਬ): One who knows Brahm is a Brahmin. (Guru Arjan Dev  SGGS 258)

ਕਹੁ ਕਬੀਰ ਜੋ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਬੀਚਾਰੈ ॥ ਸੋ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣੁ ਕਹੀਅਤੁ ਹੈ ਹਮਾਰੈ ॥੪॥੭॥
कहु कबीर जो ब्रहमु बीचारै ॥  सो ब्राहमणु कहीअतु है हमारै ॥४॥७॥
Says Kabeer, one who contemplates Brahm, is said to be a Brahmin among us. ||4||7||  (Saint Kabeer SGGS 324)

ਜੋਗ ਸਬਦੰ ਗਿਆਨ ਸਬਦੰ ਬੇਦ ਸਬਦੰ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣਹ ॥
जोग सबदं गिआन सबदं बेद सबदं ब्राहमणह ॥
The Yog is Shabad, the spiritual wisdom is Shabad; the Vedas is Shabad for the Brahmin. (Guru Angad Dev SGGS 469)

ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਬਿੰਦੇ ਸੋ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣੁ ਕਹੀਐ ਜਿ ਅਨਦਿਨੁ ਹਰਿ ਲਿਵ ਲਾਏ ॥
ब्रहमु बिंदे सो ब्राहमणु कहीऐ जि अनदिनु हरि लिव लाए ॥
One who understands Brahm is called a Brahmin, who lovingly centers his mind on the Lord Hri night and day. (Guru Amar Das  SGGS 512)

ਸੋ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣੁ ਜੋ ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਬੀਚਾਰੈ ॥
सो ब्राहमणु जो ब्रहमु बीचारै ॥
He alone is a Brahmin, who contemplates Brahm. (Guru Nanak Dev SGGS 662)

ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਬਿੰਦਹਿ ਤੇ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣਾ ਜੇ ਚਲਹਿ ਸਤਿਗੁਰ ਭਾਇ ॥
ब्रहमु बिंदहि ते ब्राहमणा जे चलहि सतिगुर भाइ ॥
He alone knows Brahm, and he alone is a Brahmin, who walks in harmony with the Will of the True Guru. (Guru Amar Das SGGS 850)

ਬ੍ਰਹਮਣੁ  ਬ੍ਰਹਮ ਗਿਆਨ ਇਸਨਾਨੀ ਹਰਿ ਗੁਣ ਪੂਜੇ ਪਾਤੀ ॥
ब्रहमणु ब्रहम गिआन इसनानी हरि गुण पूजे पाती ॥
He alone is a Brahmin, who takes his cleansing bath in knowledge of Brahm, and whose leaf-offerings in worship are the Glorious Praises of the Lord Hri. (Guru Nanak Dev SGGS 992)

ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਬਿੰਦੇ ਸੋ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣੁ ਹੋਈ ॥੧॥
ब्रहमु बिंदे सो ब्राहमणु होई ॥१॥
He alone is a Brahmin, who understands Brahm. ||1|| (Guru Amar Das  SGGS 1127)

ਬ੍ਰਹਮੁ ਬਿੰਦੇ ਸੋ ਸਤਿਗੁਰੁ ਕਹੀਐ ਹਰਿ ਹਰਿ ਕਥਾ ਸੁਣਾਵੈ ॥
ब्रहमु बिंदे सो सतिगुरु कहीऐ हरि हरि कथा सुणावै ॥
He alone is said to be the True Guru, who understands Brahm, and proclaims the Sermon of the Lord Hri, Hri. (SGGS 1264)

ਜੋਗ ਸਬਦੰ ਗਿਆਨ ਸਬਦੰ ਬੇਦ ਸਬਦੰ ਤ ਬ੍ਰਾਹਮਣਹ ॥
